Our Covid-19 Protocols

As we continue to work towards a new normal amidst this evolving pandemic, we are closely monitoring recommendations from the CDC and local governments. Above all, we will always prioritize the safety of our customers and professional cleaning teams. Currently, here are the ways we are working to keep you safe:

• Professional teams are asked to wear a mask inside the customers’ home.
• All cleaning professionals are to remain a 6ft distance inside the home when customers are present.
• All cleaning professionals carry disinfectants with them on each visit.
• If cleaning professionals come in contact with any person infected with Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms, we remove them from the schedule until a negative Covid-19 test is provided.
• If a cleaning professional has recently tested positive, we immediately notify any customers within the last 14 days where the professional performed cleaning services
• While, we do not require vaccinations but strongly encourage and recommend vaccinations to protect against contracting and spreading Covid-19.

How Can You Help?

• Maintain a 6ft distance from our cleaning professionals if you are present during a cleaning service. If you prefer, also wear a mask during the service.
• Please report and reschedule/cancel any upcoming appointments if you come in contact with any person infected with Covid-19 or are experiencing symptoms.
• Contact our customer service team with any questions or concerns.
